Every jewel at Rebs Design Lab begins with an idea translated onto paper: the first sketch where shapes and gestures take form. That 2D outline then evolves into a digital 3D model, a process that allows me to sculpt virtually before bringing the design into reality.

The model is carefully sliced into layers so that the 3D printer can interpret and build it, one layer at a time, using biodegradable or recyclable materials such as PLA or PETG. This step often requires adjustments and iterations — refining the balance between concept and technique until the piece feels alive.

Once printed, each jewel goes through a meticulous transformation: sanding and pre-processing to remove imperfections, resin coatings that enhance textures and durability, and manual molding to achieve organic shapes that feel as if sculpted by nature itself.

The final stage elevates every creation with artisanal finishes: 925 sterling silver, 925 sterling silver with 18k gold bath, or brass with silver or gold bath. These details not only ensure elegance and comfort, but also turn each piece into a unique wearable sculpture where technology and craftsmanship merge.

At Rebs Design Lab we believe in sustainable, responsible design. That’s why we work almost entirely on demand: we don’t hold large inventories, but instead create each jewel once it has been requested.

This approach avoids overproduction and waste, ensuring that every piece is born with purpose. All manufacturing takes place in our Madrid-based studio, fully artisan and centralized, which helps minimize environmental impact while allowing us to care for each detail personally.

Our jewelry is meant to accompany you far beyond a single season: designed to last, to grow with you, and to become part of your story.

And if over time your piece suffers any damage, you can always reach out to us — we believe in repairing and cherishing, not discarding.
